DACA Renewal:

1. You presently hold DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) status.

2. You have not left the United States without obtaining advance parole since your last approval.

3. You have continuously resided in the United States since your most recent DACA approval.

4. You do not possess any new criminal convictions or issues that would impact your eligibility.
