Tourist Visa:

A B-2 Tourist Visa allows foreign nationals to visit the United States temporarily for tourism, vacations, visiting family or friends, medical treatment, or participation in social or cultural events. This visa is not for employment or long-term stays.

Tourist visas are generally issued for a duration of up to six months. Extensions may be possible; however, it is imperative that applications for such extensions are submitted prior to the expiration of the authorized stay.

1. Proof of Strong Ties to your home country

2. Valid Passport for at least six months beyond your planned stay in the U.S

3. Financial Proof for support during your stay in the U.S.

4. Non-Immigrant Intent

5. Undergo a Consular Interview

6. Absence of history of prior visa overstay.
