I’m a passionate and dedicated bilingual immigration attorney committed to helping immigrants navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. As an immigrant originally from Ecuador and the founder of Sandra Ledesma Law Firm, PLLC, I understand firsthand the challenges that immigrants face and am devoted to fighting tirelessly to protect my client's rights and secure their future in the United States.
My practice both in my country of origin and in the United States equips me with a distinctive international perspective for my practice. I'm licensed as an attorney in the U.S. by the Texas Bar and can assist clients in all U.S. states, providing effective legal counsel regardless of their location.
I hold a Master of Law (LL.M) in American Legal Studies from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and am also a certified attorney in Ecuador. My legal background includes specialized expertise in Immigration (U.S.), Civil and Family law, business law, contracts, and procurement (Ecuador). This diverse experience gives me a strong foundation to handle complex immigration matters with precision and strategic insight from an international perspective.
With more than five years of dedicated experience in U.S. Immigration Law, I have had the privilege to handle and successfully represent clients in a wide range of immigration cases, including family petitions, humanitarian relief, waivers, naturalization, and citizenship cases. I pride myself in understanding that every case is deeply personal and approach my clients with empathy, transparency, honesty, and a relentless drive to achieve positive outcomes for them.
