Miriacelis A. Ramos Vazquez is a bilingual attorney licensed to practice law in Texas. She brings a dynamic and diverse legal background to Sandra Ledesma Law Firm, where she focuses on immigration law while contributing valuable experience in civil litigation, personal injury defense, and complex legal strategy.

Ms. Ramos Vazquez earned her Juris Doctor from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. During law school, she was an active member of the Litigation Moot Court Team and served as a judicial clerk for Honorable Judge Edward Godoy, strengthening her advocacy and courtroom foundation early in her legal career.

Before joining Sandra Ledesma Law Firm, Ms. Ramos Vazquez practiced civil litigation at a statewide Texas defense firm, where she represented major corporate clients in personal injury, premises liability, negligence, and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. She managed all phases of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation, including written discovery, conducting depositions, motion practice, mediation strategy, and witness preparation. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.

Her background also includes experience in immigration law, where she previously worked on removal defense and employment-based petitions, drafting persuasive filings and responding to Requests for Evidence. This dual experience in both immigration and civil litigation provides her with a strategic advantage in handling cases that intersect with criminal or personal injury matters.

Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Ramos Vazquez is deeply committed to serving the Latino community and ensuring clients fully understand their rights and legal options. Her approach is both compassionate and strategic, balancing strong advocacy with practical solutions.

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Ramos Vazquez is a disciplined endurance athlete, having competed in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship and placing in the top ranks of multiple triathlon events, and now focusing on Hyrox fitness racing.
