I am a legal financial advisor dedicated to assisting with the immigration and legalization process for the clients of Sandra Ledesma Law Firm.
My goal is to ensure that our clients receive excellent guidance and a high-quality process to regularize their status in the United States.
As a Mexican national, I fully understand the difficulties that individuals face throughout their immigration journey. This is where the legal team and I step in to provide our full support.
Using my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC), I have worked with various business teams in areas such as customer service, commercial customer support, investment funds, and business credit. Notably, I worked at American Express in customer care, where I analyzed business credit accounts. With the AUDI Group in Mexico, I managed and oversaw different areas—including commercial, legal, and marketing—as a Product Manager for brands such as Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, and Prada.
At Grupo Vidanta, I was responsible for departments such as Front Desk, Chief Concierge, Pool Concierge, Housekeeping, and Bell Services. I also held positions at Hotels Meliá International, including M.O.D. and Chief Concierge, among others.
I have participated in numerous customer service training programs, including The Magic of Customer Service – Disney, Orlando, Florida, USA; Service Culture – The Westin Resorts, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico; and Social Media Network Solutions – Puerto Vallarta Hotel Association, Jalisco.
I have extensive experience as a specialist in team training and development, as well as high efficiency in problem-solving.
Most recently, I worked at DiDi as a Team Leader in Mexico City, where I participated in the launch and rollout of payment platform services and service-synchronization solutions.
I have 20 years of experience in Customer Care, Business Management, and Product Management, handling complex situations involving multiple interests, and maintaining strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This allows me to address a wide range of matters—from family and business issues to personal concerns—according to the needs of each area requiring consultation, follow-up, and resolution.
I am deeply committed to providing the support and attention necessary so that immigrants who seek our guidance and assistance in their legalization process receive excellent service and full clarity about every step of the process with our team.
My primary objective is to take into account each client’s opinions, needs, and goals. Through this process of service and support, I strive to achieve a high level of client satisfaction throughout the entire financial and legal process at Sandra Ledesma Law Firm PLLC, while also strengthening their trust in our services.
