Lupita Rodriguez Rios is a dedicated immigration legal professional committed to helping immigrant families navigate the immigration process with compassion, integrity, and personalized support.

As the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents and a first-generation Latina, Lupita’s passion for immigration law comes from her own family’s experiences and the deep understanding she has of the sacrifices, fears, and hopes that many immigrant families carry with them every day.

​

Her passion for immigration advocacy began at only 10 years old when she helped her father through his naturalization process. Witnessing firsthand the impact that legal guidance and immigration opportunities could have on a family’s future inspired her to dedicate her career to serving immigrant communities. Since beginning her legal career in 2019, Lupita has remained focused on helping clients feel informed, supported, and respected throughout every stage of their immigration journey.

Lupita understands that immigration cases are much more than paperwork and legal procedures — they represent families, dreams, stability, and future opportunities. Her ability to connect with clients on both a personal and professional level allows her to build trust and provide compassionate support during some of the most important and emotional moments in their lives. She is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and cared for throughout their case.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business from Trinity International University in 2018 and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Compliance at St. Mary's University, Greehey School of Business. In September 2025, she participated in the international “Viviendo La Gerencia” Seminar in Cali, Colombia, where her team earned first place in the competition, further strengthening her leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

At Sandra Ledesma Law Firm, PLLC, Lupita is passionate about serving immigrant families with empathy, professionalism, and dedication in the USCIS-DOS legal department. She takes pride in helping clients navigate difficult legal situations while providing clear communication, compassionate guidance, and dependable support every step of the way.

Outside of work, Lupita enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family. She believes in living life with faith, purpose, and gratitude, and brings those same values into the work she does for every client she serves.
